The Nova Haus Guarantee

At Nova Haus, every product in our collection is precision-engineered and quality-verified before it reaches you. We stand behind the quality of what we sell. However, because we operate a curated global fulfillment model, our return policy is strictly limited to protect both our customers and the integrity of our catalog.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our global fulfillment operations, all sales are considered final upon confirmation. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with product performance when used as intended.

Damaged or Defective Items — The Only Exception

We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. To qualify for a replacement or refund under our damage policy, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us at info@novahaustech.com within 72 hours of confirmed delivery
  • You must provide your order number
  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect
  • The item must not show signs of misuse, tampering, or intentional damage
  • Damage caused by improper setup, unauthorized modifications, or use outside of intended purpose is not eligible

Nova Haus reserves the right to assess all submitted evidence and deny any claim that does not meet the above requirements. Our decision is final.

What We Offer for Approved Claims

Upon review and approval of your damage claim, Nova Haus will offer one of the following resolutions at our sole discretion:

  • A complimentary replacement unit shipped to your original delivery address
  • A full refund applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

We do not offer partial refunds, store credit, or exchanges for alternative products.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered our fulfillment process it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Any Resolution

The following items and situations are explicitly excluded from any return, refund, or replacement consideration:

  • Items returned without prior written authorization from Nova Haus
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, tampering, or intentional damage
  • Devices that have been activated, registered, or personalized
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications
  • Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing after 72 hours
  • Import duties, customs fees, or taxes paid by the customer

Warranty

All Nova Haus products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Warranty claims follow the same photographic evidence requirements as damage claims outlined above and are subject to Nova Haus review and approval at our sole discretion. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
